This Wednesday sees the start of the 2010 Tour of Gippsland sponsored by Lakes Oil...
After a fairly nasty crash* at the Tour of Toowoomba a few weeks ago, I’m happy to be included in the Virgin Blue - RBS Morgans Team for Gippy along side Pat Shaw (winner of the Tour of Toowoomba), Camo Peterson, Ben Dyball, James Hepburn, Michael Freiberg and Scott Law (who was also involved in the crash on the last descent of the tour). This team has a lot of depth and should be strong in all areas of the tour.

Oh... a word of warning... the picture below is what some people might describe as gross...
*this ”fairly nasty crash” involved being chopped at 70k/h on a 21% descent that saw me (according to the chief commisaire) slide 35-40m down the road, smashing my bike up... and grind 5mm into the muscle on my leg!! I’m still waiting on the muscle sheath (the barrier between muscle and skin) to grow back on my leg.
