Alex Dowsett (born 3 October 1988) is an English racing cyclist who currently rides for the American Trek-LiveStrong team. He previously rode as a member of the British Olympic Academy development team.In 2008 and 2009 he won the under 23 British National Time Trial Championships. He lives with haemophilia.
